Back when I used to play this game in 2002-2004, I stumbled across this site, called Shaklin Sims (The site still exists btw., link is below), in which it has a tutorial (written in German) which teaches you how to create a phone plugin to invite an NPC. In this video, I invite the hated clown of them all, Sunny.... Because, why not? I always had fun with the clown, even if he was indeed very annoying to say the least...... But I always found this idea very fun.....

Alternatively, you can use a hex editor and modify these values, which are 75 1B 73 4A (It's the Id for the Caterer written backwards from 4A731B75), and change them to 9B 4A 34 60 (The ID for Sunny, which is 60344A9B written backwards). You still need Script Station to change the proper text strings.
