Regaining stamina using this is horrible, also I haven't touched this game in months and its obvious lol

No plank/radio skip until further testing and hoping avoiding the freeze.

I didn't actually save in the bug room despite the final result counting it as a save, you can do that by simple entering the menu then soft resetting.
