This transcoder looks and works great for games that run, in 480p. Adds 0ms of audio and video latency. I'm plying all of these games with OPL, and am forcing 480p in GSM. the game was grabbed from the archive dot org.

oh and if anyone knows a way to activate progressive scans by pressing triangle+x with opl games, I'd like to know how.... I can't get it working. For games like ratchet 2 I have to use gsm which gives the game a broken graphics mode, then once I'm in game, select progressive in the options.😕

This seems to work because gsm only seems to switch res when opl starts the game. once the game switches res, it'll undo anything gsm set.
