This is a video tutorial for the first publicly available release of RPCS3 macOS port made by developer nas which hugely improves the compatibility and performance when compared to the build used in my last video. In this video I teach you how to setup RPCS3 on Apple Silicon Macs, download firmware, install games and change specific Mac settings to get games working at 60 FPS. This is a very early build of RPCS3 and so a lot of optimisation still needs to happen, however it is a very impressive feat considering that we are running an Intel emulator (using Rosetta 2 translation layer) plus we are translating Vulkan to Metal through MoltenVK, and also this macOS port has barely had any optimisation applied. We look forward to further developments and future optimisations!

Further instructions:
- The first time you run RPCS3, right click (ctrl and click) on the RPCS3 app and select Open.
- Disable On-Disk Shader Cache
- Use PPU LLVM and SPU ASMJIT.
- Clear the old LLVM cache if you've attempted to use it before, or it'll crash (it's in ~/Library/ Caches/rpcs3/cache). LLVM also generates huuuge .log files in ~/Library/Caches/rpcs3/cache for some reason. You can safely delete them.

Controller 'Pad thread' bug - if you experience a crash due to bluetooth disconnecting your game controler, use your DualShock 4 with a USB cable instead.
