PS4 Flickering Black or Blank Screen Quick Fix (Capture Card)

106Easy fix: PlayStation 4 screen is flickering to a black or blank screen when you are attempting use it with a capture card. I use an Elgato HD60S capture card, but have also used other capture cards in the past. When you open up OBS or StreamLabs OBS you may be running into this issue.
You can easily and quickly fix this by following the directions in the video.
