esting GTA 5 on the PS4 Pro using a 27-inch 165Hz curved gaming monitor! In this video, I dive into story mode to see how Los Santos looks and runs on Sony’s upgraded console. The PS4 Pro version of Grand Theft Auto V runs at 1080p or 4K checkerboard resolution, locked at 30 FPS, with enhanced textures, improved draw distances, better lighting, and denser traffic compared to the base PS4.

At the end of the video, I also measure the PS4 Pro fan noise and temperature while running GTA 5. The console stayed impressively quiet at just 28dB, and the temperature averaged around 48°C — solid results for a refurbished unit in 2025.
