It's not something I want to do, but every time there's an update or a change to this game, I test the Eckhart Pugilistic Effect (the area around the stables in Saint Denis for some reason allows NPCs to mob, and this mob always consists of non-white NPC character models). Rockstar is refusing to change how this works; despite the fact that everyone in the real world knows that everyone can participate in a mob, you won't find that to be the case in this game. When people fail to see the issue with this, they further prove that there is an issue. It is unequivocally harmful to portray a group of people, based on their appearance, gender, or anything else, categorically behaving like this. If Rockstar can't let everyone mob, then let nobody mob at all. Give everyone a gun, let everyone shoot at players (a lot of NPCs obviously already do). But under no circumstances should an NPC's propensity for violent behaviour be determined by their race or ethnicity.
