This video will guide you on how to Update Firmware of your PS4 manually and How to use USB flash drive to initialize PS4. Also, may able to fix some PlayStation 4 error such as the following below.

Instruction

1. Download the firmware using a computer from this link.
2. Click Download Update.
3. Format the USB flash drive to Fat32
4. Create a folder inside the USB flash drive. Name it PS4 (all capital).
5. Create a folder inside the PS4 folder. Name it UPDATE (all capital).
6. Then copy and paste the firmware inside the UPDATE folder and name it as PS4UPDATE.PUP (all capital).
7. Insert the USB flash drive to the PS4.

9. A message will appear "the PS4 will be initialized," click Yes to confirm.
