Step 1. Create a password to your account and Enable network sharing
1. Go to Control Panel.
2. Click Change account type or use the search bar and type Change account type.
3. Click the account that you are using.
4. Click Create a password.
5. Enter your New Password and then click Create a password.
6. Go back to the Control panel and search for Network and Sharing.
8. Click Advanced Sharing settings.
7. Make sure Turn on network discovery and Turn on file and printer sharing for printer are enable
8. Then click Save changes.
Step 2. Share a Folder
1. Right-click the folder and select Properties.
2. In the Folder Properties window, click Sharing tab.
3. In the Sharing tab, click Advanced Sharing.
4. In the Advanced Sharing window, enable Share this folder and then click OK.
5. Copy the Network path.
Step 3. See if it works
1. Use a computer within the network.
2. Open a File Explorer / Folder and type the Network path.
3. Enter the Username and Password and then press Enter key.
