Fix Windows Runtime Broker is high CPU and Memory Usage

1. Press Shift + Ctrl + Esc key to open Task Manager.
2. Look for three Runtime Broker in the Processes tab of the Task Manager.
3. Right-click the Runtime Broker then select End task. Please do this to all three Runtime Broker.
4. Next, right-click the Windows Start Logo.
5. Select Settings.
6. In the Settings window select Privacy.
7. In the Privacy window, scroll down and select Background Apps.
8. a. In the Background Apps window, you can disable Let apps run in the background to disable all
application.
b. Or, below the Choose which apps can run in the background, to disable application you want.
9. Restart your PC.
