This has been a persistent issue where the PS5 after its shut down, would give me a disk error at startup. The HDD external hard drive seems to be the issue, some of the files keep saying to the external hard drive for a reason unknown, it prevents the game from starting after turning on the system.

For now, avoid using external HDD hard drives you can always store yours. PS4 games and move them when you need to.
