PSO:BB 8k Test
I decided to make a quick test of Phantasy Star Online (PSO): Blue Burst.
I have to explain this one to people not familiar with the game.
Firstly, when you start in PSO, you have minimum funds that you can uses to buy resources, but you usually need to train a bit before you generate enough value for a FoNewm class that I usually use in the game.
Please note that the method is for experienced PSO players and not for newcomers as there are knowledge gaps that can hurt your run.
Why I go to Episode Four Subterranean area is that there is a low percentage chance that you can instantly warp (RNG Block) to an item area that will provide you with some resources for training. If you find any items here, you have to sell them to obtain monofluids.
The second thing to do after obtaining monofluids is to start training on Dolmolms. The first map that I got with the Seabed is actually rare to get (RNG Block), and the 2nd time I went though is normal. Usually, you have to play a strong proxy game with this map as the Dolmolms can one-shot you easily, but they are too slow on the normal difficulty.
Attention to resource usage is key because all of it is finely dedicated to max Rafoie at lv 15 (RNG Block) usage with as least amount of need for resource by De Rol Le training either through Towards the Future Mission, or just farming certain maps until you get to the need to farm the boss.
In 10 minutes, you can possibly get two levels, but within less of a two-hour playthrough, you should be able to get to lv 40 solidly (or more) depending on how fast you are trying to train and the sequence of getting the RNG you need.
The main problem is that the class is so RNG intensive, that speed running required certain items that are pretty rare in the game. It's not super viable, but it can be fun if dedication is place forth.
Lastly, I usually log out for faster rotations, but decided on YouTube to keep log in so no information is revealed.
