So the PSP doesn't output the correct aspect ratio when using the TV out cables. It took some extra work to get it working correctly. Thanks to Fudoh from the shmups forum for the excellent Mini settings for PSP.

Captured from an NTSC PSP Go with component cables into an XRGB Mini outputting 1080p into an El Gato HD capturing at 1080p/30.

Looks pretty decent, and far better than if the PSP had been recorded directly from the TV Out.
