Puyo Puyo CD Tsu (PC Engine) Overflow Glitch Footage
11To get this glitch, the following criteria must be met:
Score enough points to surpass the next stage.
- The 2nd stage requires 45000 points, you need to surpass it
- You need to make at least a 10+ Chain Combo
- Do it on the first level, since it's the easiest way
When you achieve this, the glitch will calculate the difference and subtracts it from 999,999 points. Unless you're really good, you will not beat the next level. You can unlock other characters that are difficult to get to.
Yes, I lost against Owlbear but this was a rare opportunity. Due to my work schedule, I sucked it up, pushed on to get the bad ending & unlock Owlbear.

Gameplay was recorded from a real CD, a TurboGrafx-16 with a PC Engine CD console. A RetroTink 2x Pro with an Elgato HD60S were used to capture footage.
