1This is a puzzle by Cardweaver. The goal is very simple, get to the Chozo Statue in the Wrecked Ship that contains the Energy Tank with the ship powered down, meaning Phantoon is still alive. No restrictions are in place.
With that said, there are technically two solutions. One is the video you are seeing, the other involves getting to Golden Torizo and using the GT code, then backtracking through Maridia to the Wrecked Ship.
