PUZZLE SOLVING: Fugitive Map in The Jail | Puzzle Game Guide | Escape Simulator Gameplay Walkthrough
6Not a cartographer by trade? No problem, neither are we! But, we CAN show you with this #short how to solve the "Most Wanted"/Fugitive Map puzzle to unlock one of the badges required for the final puzzle to escape The Jail escape room!
Collect the three red pins from the map that are required to mark each fugitives location on the map. There is one improperly placed on the map at the beginning of the puzzle, there is another pinning up a poster on the Most Wanted board to the right of the map. The last red pin is in the bar of soap in the second jail cell. Inspect the bar of soap and break it apart to reveal and collect the red pin from inside.
Now, grab the newspaper and note clues from the safe desk and inspect them both to learn that:
- Scorpion doesn't like the cold, hides in caves and was chased from Aberneer (but didn't make it far)
- Gator likes it hot and humid, hides in towns and wants to be in a state where three borders touch
- Bear wants isolation to tend to his sea smuggling operation and frequents train stations
Using both the newspaper and note clues, we know that:
- Otoxoco is the second hottest state with respect to temperature
- Laurilee is the hottest AND most humid of all states
- Forardo is the least populated state
With this information, we can deduce that our answer for this puzzle is:
- Scorpion is in the North cave of Otoxoco
- Gator is in the West town of Laurilee
- Bear is in the North train station of Forardo
After marking each of the above locations correctly, you'll receive a badge that's required to complete the final room puzzle to ultimately escape the room!
