Enter the Mi-8, the most difficult aircraft to fly in DCS. Yes, more difficult to fly than the Harrier too. The rescue starts in minute 33:00. This was my very first time recovering successfully from an induced Mi-8 vortex ring state. Performing hover flight and vertical landing require a massive amount of engine power and I made the mistake of loading my Mi-8MTV2 with full gas and full armament. I made it though.
