Hey, look at that! A way to control how AIs work! Fantastic! =D Navis can now use attacks in (usually) a somewhat random order, and more importantly, navis can use actual chips! No more level issues, where each navi version would have had a particular version of an attack and the removed version (or even the BX version) of the navi would have frozen the game.

This AI will be put into Timaeus Patch v22.1 (v21.2 came out, you anxious people, you) onto PyroGenesis. =3
