What was RollerBall ? A 1975 cult scifi movie, about a TV Corporation powered Gladiator event, to control the people, that raged about the Goverment Control of theirs life's and erasure of theirs privacy ... you see how the hero of this brutal new sport RollerBall , slowly realizes what this show is ... who he is in this machine ... a celeb puppet , easily replaced ... his world controlled by corporations , information controlled by AI , transcribed summarized and censored ... till he rebelled and became the face of a Rebellion .

So what about this game ... fun till the grind , since you have to get those Challenge Goals to unlock the next map ... in other words grind,grind,grind,grind,grind,grind,grind,grind till you get good in controlling your puppet .. not to mention, on keyboard and mouse, this game is unplayable , forcing you to play with pad (some moves are not possible with a keyboard)... visually and animation vise its ok... same with its great OST music ... but the game flow ... well , it missed a good story that showed the world ... there is a story there, but its too short to care ... and your left with a game, that could have been better if after you complete a map, you would get this story hook...as a incentive to GRIND ... without it , its well a game that gets boring fast, when it shows you its all tricks and maps ... in the first hour... yeah ... the rest of those leagues are played : in house mega mall section , desert, snow , BOSS aka gigantic mech spider ... three times but with slight variations in the map design... with some maps having 2 levels you have to beat ...
