This is me playing through the entire Quake 4 demo on General (hardest) difficulty... and it's still almost too easy.

I hate the movement in this game... you're always way too slow. What you see is with the "always run" option on, so imagine how slow walking is...

All graphics settings maxed at 1024x768 resolution. Ultra-high settings not available in the demo. Watch in high quality (480p) for best visuals.
