Quake II Mission Pack: Belly of the Beast - Nav Alpha + Operations Facility (3/9)
3Greetings to all the subs old and fresh. Since my last Quake 2 video set SOG gained a fair bit of ground when released, I decided to do another mission pack walk through. As said in the title, this one is Belly of the Beast by Jason "Elfinko" Fink and it is indeed most superb. Featuring a start map with the same "go anywhere" feel as the Outer Base, snippets of music to highlight important points of the game and good combat laced into the maps, this one should entertain ANY QII fan. It's only downfall is how short it is. Also, if anyone knows Elfinko, let him know this is up! he'd probably like that. :)
The levels here are Nav Alpha and Operations Facility. Nav Alpha is basically a hub level.
If you observe the monsters, they don't react to being shot - this is on Nightmare mode, baby! After all, if you're only gonna finish something once, you might as well stretch your limits, right?
