41st phase - Shoot grenade early to the left just before she starts moving. Walk forward a bit to get closer to the middle. Shoot 2nd grenade to the right slightly to avoid it being blocked. Immediately start running to the center and align yourself under tentacle to block her from jumping away.
2nd phase - Bugs do not cluster around you at the same time in the center. Shoot first group of 2 or 3 bugs just off to your right, while the ones on the left are always last to arrive. Shoot them, immediately switch to PFM, immediately position yourself 90 degrees or more to her side, but not 180. Hopefully she will have only tried to shoot acid at you from her stinger. If she instead does the 4 hit gun move you will have to just tank the 80 damage so make sure you enter this fight well over that. She will now start moving in circles to face you, simply circle behind her placing PFMs closely and in her direction.
3rd Phase. At around 30% health she will enter 3rd phase and be stunned momentarily, stop circling for a moment and immediately switch to flamethrower, positioning yourself again like before 90 degrees+ to her side and wait for her to circle again. Flame her arms, accounting for the slow flame shooting ahead of her path. Switch to grenade when her health is 0. Grenade splash damage will take care of her head removing the need to be accurate.
