Queen Lazuli has a 𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹?! (Super Delcatty "Queen Duchess" OC)
0A powerful new OC related to Pokemon is here, and her name is Duchess! Just like the Super Eeveelutions, Duchess looks identical to the Pokemon she resembles - a Shiny Delcatty, but is in no way actually such, and is a monarch alien being of an advanced warrior race like Queen Lazuli, meaning she's of a very similar native species of their homeworld based on the Skitty Pokemon line rather than Eevee. Queen Duchess is the longtime political rival of Lazuli during their ancient ruling times, and she is out on a mission just like her Shiny Glaceon counterpart: to find the enemy who wiped out her race/kingdom.
To anyone who has seen my Pokemon Emerald videos, this OC may seem coincidental, as I did use a Shiny Delcatty in the Gen 3 game, but that is not the main reason why I used the Pokemon as a host, aside from simply liking the species. Her name "Duchess" cames from the Disney character of the 1970 film Aristocats, and ironically, I used this as a nickname on a Shadow Delcatty from my last Pokemon game yet, XD Gale of Darkness (now lost). My idea of Queen Duchess is that if my Lazuli is the queen of a massive colony, it would not make sense to have another queen who controls another section of their land, to create a governmental balance. And, Delcatty is a regal-looking cat-like Pokemon, so I find it to be perfect for my OC. In terms of raw power, Lazuli is technically the superior queen as of now, but Duchess is still no pushover, as she too can destroy Champion-level Pokemon with ease.
