Everything comes to a head!

Fearing that I've missed a game-time based deadline to crash the meeting between the bandits, I restore a previous save and am able to crash the meeting! After listening in on the conversation between the rebellious brigands, the would-be Hero of Spielburg gets a little stabby with one of them, securing a key to the secret back door entrance to the bandits' hideout!

The hero busts in to the hideout, evades three goofballs who *should* have been very familiar (I'll realize that they are the Three Stooges when I play through the EGA version as a mage!), discovers the true identity of the Warlock and Brigand Captain alike (they are who you'd expect they are!), and ultimately saves the Baron's daughter, Elsa!

Unknowingly, I then trigger the "bad" ending of the game by heading immediately to Castle Spielburg to collect my reward!

Reloading, the soon-to-officially-be Hero of Spielburg defers gratification by heading to Baba Yaga's hut *before* collecting the reward, resulting in a *glorious* success that sees peace, love, and happiness restored to all the citizens of Spielburg!
