To build a 2D Game which you can sell as Indie Python Game Developer than it will take you 2 years. But if you are just building a 2D Game in Python than it will take you 1 to 3 months depending on how complex is game. I will say use JavaScrip for Web Games which run in the Web Browser overt Python Programming Langauage.
