I actually played the arcade version in 1990,i never saw past level 2....Here is the MS DOS version,the usb joy pad control is either not supported in dosbox or the game is looking for midi joysticks...
In the UK they switched 'Ninja' for 'Hero' in the title as it was thought Ninja was too adult and violent for children.
