
Quick Shoulder + Rotator Cuff Warmup! #shorts
Make sure you use Bands for movement #2! I should've grabbed mine for this 😅 If you HAVE to use a Dumbbell, lay on your side while doing movement #2 - that'll work much better
While on your side, have your arm be 90 degrees like in the Reel, resting on the side of your torso, but rotate your shoulder (like in movement 1 and 2) towards the ceiling
Don't over extend 🙏🏿
These are just 3 that I do for ME - and make my shoulders feel great, I do stress caution on #2, a band will work better if your trying to improve mobility
