Hello! Someone requested one, so here's a quick mini tutorial on disabling mipmaps in the BGE (Blender Game Engine). This uses a new method that takes advantage of Python, rather than disabling mipmaps through the Blender User Preferences menu, as well as using a command-line argument for the BlenderPlayer or an exported game. This method should work with both a game in development using the BGE, as well as a game that's been exported to an executable.

Note that this feature's somewhat newer, so you'll need to make sure that you have a recent version of Blender to take advantage of it. If it doesn't work, try downloading a new version of Blender from the homepage, or from the Blender Buildbot.

The Blender Buildbot can be found at:
http://builder.blender.org/

Of course, you can find the official Blender releases and release candidates on the homepage at:
http://www.blender.org/

P.S. Sorry for the shaky web browser part. I figured out the issue after I recorded the video. :(
