Okay, I finally decided to do the japanese version and not have that looming over me. I'm glad that I did the U.S. version first because this one is HARD. Huge quantities of bullets flood the screen at times, and some enemies can be pretty vicious. The jellyfish creatures in stage two can be very unpredictable on the second loop. They have a load of health too. Stage four's boss, Rios, is also a huge run killer. and the amount of stress built up from the internal panic you'll be facing after that fight can make it very easy to mess up the final two stages on loop 2. (As far as difficulty settings, they don't vary significantly.) 10/10

update 3/7/2023:
never mentioned this, but i probably should since even though it lOokz sketch on the 2-5 bOss where tHat movin' pipe thing is rotating into the back of the r-9, there's only sprite overlap and not any hitbox collision whenever it hAppenz. it still lOokz stupid, but it workz, so w/e
