My build and power is based on his A1 stacking so I pair him with people that force him to be the Pursuit Atk. (Liam+ChuYao) The other option here if needed is to build Avatara. I built him tanky Hades/Nether- Fiery Sets.
Aquisition:
Mathematically, if you did everything right, for you to get 1 M. Li-Ling, You need to get the pack, Pass all the miracle stages, Make sure you get each weeks petal buy for 1000 nexus, get every aspect of the free petals through the event, and get relatively lucky. If you happen to get two golds in a roll you thank the gods. You absolutely need the Elite Bp. To guarantee you get him you need roughly 20k petals. (2.5k x8) And for r1 I got the 3.2k pack (with playpoints cause im poor shh) since after doing everything i was behind by roughly 3k.
If you are casual, this is probably your safest bet to at least get R1 M.LiLing.
The MetaEspers are purely money sinks. if you see a liling thats passed R2, There was serious money spent. I only paid for the Elite Pass and i was barely able to get R1. I play regularly, and roughly daily.
If you dont play much or F2P, You absolutely will more than likely either not get him, or get lucky to get him at all. Gacha Life people.
