This videos shows the best settings for getting eye candy and keeping as close as possible to 60fps, while doing so. I spend a lot of time discussing the performance of the game, because there's a lot to talk about. This game really pushes the 390 at 1440p, and it took a lot of work to find settings that satisfy. (I also show Pure Hair on and off) Recorded with AMD's VSR. Performance is 1440p, but video playback will be 1080p.

Update: I showed CPU Utilization, at the end of the video. I tried comparing CPU Utilization with MSI Afterburner's live overlay in GTA V, afterward, and they did not match up. So either Afterburner or Hardware Monitor are wrong... I'll be looking into that some more to figure out what's going on.
