Sometimes this game keeps 60fps, with Vsync on, and sometimes it gets stuck at a chuggy 30fps. WHY??? --- I show how inconsistently the game can play, in this video. I'm using an R9 380 for this demonstration, but the inconsistent performance has been an issue across multiple graphics cards.
