Railworld Showcase (OO Gauge Model Railway) 21/08/2010
This week's Railworld Showcase video of the British OO Gauge Model Railway and I have brought along my Hornby Class 60 which is numbered 60081 and is named "Isambard Kingdom Brunel" in GWR Brunswick Green livery that I bought new in 2006. The Class 60 is a very strong model locomotive as 60081 seems to haul the long Intermodal Container Train like there is nothing behind the loco. The other train I brought along was my Hornby Class 43 GNER HST power cars and I used these with Railworld's MkIII rake. The other trains in the video is a Bachmann Class 66 in GBRF livery, a Hornby Class 60 in EWS livery as 60048 and both of these locomotives have DCC sound fitted. On the non-DCC lower lines there is a Lima Class 57 in Freightliner livery on the intermodal train which took over after 60081. In the train yard, the trains filmed working and moving around the yard is Hornby Class 153 in East Midlands Trains livery, a Lima Class 73 in EW&S livery and a Class 57 shunting a "stored" Class 37 in the yard.
