Rainbow Six: Siege | PC Benchmark (gtx 1080ti)
This is a benchmark for Rainbow Six: Siege for the PC. I purchased this game through Steam and recorded the footage using Nvidia's "Geforce Experience: Shadowplay." The FPS counter you see is from FRAPs. I noticed very negligible differences in framerates when recording, so what you see is around the same performance to be expected from my particular setup when not recording.
PC Specs:
-Windows 10
-Asus Hero VIII Motherboard
-Intel Core i7-6770k @4.10 GHz
-16GB DDR4 (3200MHz) RAM
-Nvidia Geforce gtx 1080ti (11GB)
-OCZ 650W PSU
Rainbow Six generally runs perfectly fine. But there's several areas in the game that have significant memory leaks that most players seem to also experience. The biggest problem is probably the exterior areas especially on the Chalet map near the front doors. The framerate drops as low as 45fps and then shoots back up to 60fps as soon as you get inside. Disabling Anti-Aliasing seems to help with this, but even on some of the new maps like Favela, players using the 1080ti will suffer major performance dips outside.
As always, I hope this video helps give any curious PC gamers a better idea of how this game will perform. Be sure to subscribe for some more Benchmarks in addition to gameplay videos, tutorials, and reviews!
