reading and writing whatever i find useful and needed for my personal growth. i am neither a monk, nor a yogi, but studying until the day I pass to the next phase I will keep doing! (and some ASMR).
i got to say, this book is inspirational in many ways. its not easy to wrap your head around all the ideas given here, but it might be a life-changing book IF you are ready to let some of it sink into your heart (mind).
