I spent quite a lot of time working on setting up my snazzy new PNGTuber avatar - there's even some new stuff not shown on this video. I've still got some work to do to further improve it (responsiveness and the quality of the phenome detection), but it's already miles above pretty much every other solution that doesn't require a webcam (and better than some that do!).

The art (minus the santa hat which I crudely drew) is all done by CarsonDrewIt, who does a variety of styles and forms of art from highly detailed pen and ink drawings (w/color washes [I think? I'm not great with art terms]) to Twitch emote commissions - in fact, most of my emotes are by Carson.
