R&C2 - Pacifist Run! Minimum Enemies Killed, Any% [1/2]
It’s time to continue spreading our values of pacifism, now to a whole new galaxy! After a somewhat competent attempt on the first game, we tackle Going Commando with the same ideal: kill no one. But also with the same reality: this is R&C, and some things are gated behind killing enemies, so this is a “Minimum Enemies Killed” run! For the first attempt, we start a fresh file and will try to skip as many fights as we can.
The rules for the counters are simple: if an enemy kills another, it’s friendly fire. We can try to persuade them into doing this for our advantage, but that’s it. If we kill an enemy that we need to kill in order to continue, without having any idea of how we could possibly avoid them (with skips I know), then it’s a forced kill. If we kill an enemy we could’ve left alive and continued, it’s an avoidable kill. If we have a forced kill but then die, having to kill that enemy again, that second one is an avoidable kill. The main goal is to count the total number of forced kills while keeping the avoidable ones at absolute zero.
