Called "the Sims meets Rimworld" by the excellent YT channel Nookrium, Embark is a new colony management game in early access.

I had to roll back my game slightly to an earlier save from the last stream after a strange bug that seemed to be due to my C: drive getting low on space. Luckily that means we can forget the whole episode with the wolf ever happened lol.

I also belatedly realised why all my sheep seemed to be disappearing - it turns out Arielle, who was manning the ballista in the centre of town, decided the sheep were enemies during the battle with the flies and was shooting them, -sigh-.

We managed to save three. Luckily the cotton crop is coming along well.

I think I may have to rationalise the crops a bit, I think the progress may be a little slow on other projects because they spend so much time tending them.

I've just raised everyone to full rations though so I'll wait a little to see how that percolates through the system.
