This fact involves the bottle item,
which can be used to pick up items like heart containers for later use
and it also includes heart dispenser machine
which makes it so you can pick up hearts, if you have full HP,
and they’ll be stored in a dispenser located in Bellos shop.
now if you have full hearts, and the bottle item, then you can go up to a heart
and press the “interact” key while also pressing the “use item key” key simultaneously.
This makes it so you pick up the heart for your bottle but you’ll also store a heart in the dispenser.
You can rinse and repeat this for unlimited hearts on that floor, but just dropping the heart that you've just stored in your bottle and then pressing the “interact” and the “use item key” keys simultaneously again.
Additionally, the “unlimited hearts” exploit turns into an “unlimited money” exploit if you happen to have the vampire NPC on your floor who will give you money in exchange for your hearts.
