Today we look at Rapid Synthesizer v1.7 by Parawave Audio. This is a very deep and capable synth. It features 8 layers (parts) and has 3 oscillators per layer. The layers can be mixed and matched and layered in various ways. Rapid can handle Phase Modulation (FM), Wavetable scanning, multisample playback (with sample import). Rapid also has some of the best effects I've ever encountered in a vst synth (very lush reverb).
