Ratchet & Clank Going Commando: Part 4: Gam & Jam in Maktar Nebula
After... a bit of a distraction... Ratchet finally reaches the Maktar Nebula to take care of some businesses there.
I keep breaking stuff here because one of its Skill Points is "Vandalize", where you literally have to WRECK EVERYTHING, as much as you can, in this area, though the Jamming Array doesn't count towards this, and you're likely to get this done in the main area or possibly even in the arena.
There are also Slot Machines here that have another Skill Point called "Clank needs Needs a New Pair of Shoes", where you must try your luck and get a triple Jackpot of 300 Bolts. You might not be able to use them the same machines, though, because they'll eventually blow up if you get a triple TNT.
----------
Off from Ratchet's ship, I first take the right route, which will have Ratchet move inside a structure and move things around with the Tractor Beam if you got it from Oozla. You'll be moving pillars, bombs, and even Inspector Bots, though they don't seem to like it much.
At the end of this path, you will use the Tractor Beam to slingshot some bombs at force field generators. Take them all down and you can access a flying limo that will take Ratchet to the Jamming Array.
----------
At the Jamming Array, you have to disable it by destroying six transponder. First turn them loose by unscrewing them with the Wrench and then just hit their exposed glowing areas to blow them up.
Some spots on this little planet will let you jump really high in order to reach some of the higher transponders.
----------
Having accomplished this mission, Ratchet learns from Fizzwidget that the Thief is now under Thugs-4-Less' protection. So now he's divised a plan to splinter their union.
On Planet Endako, there's a band of bikers called the Desert Riders that will give away an official helmet of their if anyone curious for it can compete and win a Hoverbike race on the planet. The Hoverbikes are from Megacorp, which is why Fizzwidget was able to give Ratchet this info.
----------
From Ratchet's ship, I eventually take the left route, which is full of tougher enemies, sometimes even giving me dropships' worth of them to fight.
At the end of this route is the entrance to the Maktar Arena. That will be its own video.
