So, after defeating Dr. M in Sly Cooper 3 and finishing the original series of Sly, we head back into the world of Ratchet and Clank once more to find our protagonists looking a little different. So, after completing the Original Playstation 2 series (That being the First game, Going Commando and Up You Arsenal), we get to move onto the new “series” for the playstation called the Future series. Now, I don’t think it’s a reboot of the series as a whole (so that would be all the events from the first games are Canon) but rather a new storyline that should be arching over three or four games which is interesting. I have not played these games like I did with the original series (I haven’t even completed this game as of writing this) so it should be rather interesting in where it goes. For the most part, it looks to be an updated version of the Old Ratchet and Clank games that I’m used (expect now I have to learn the proper triggers since my PS2 controller was messed up for the longest time and that is what I got used to) expect with a few new mechanics as well as the graphical overall (It’s weird seeing a HD version of Ratchet and Clank after playing their original PS2 games).
