Dishonored 1: The Brigmore Witches Part 5: Out with the New, In with the Old
0So, after making our way through the prison and talking to some rather odd gentlemen, we finally go and help Lizzy gain control of the Dead Eels. Well, that is of course after I scrounge around and find as many Runes and Bone Charms that I can find. Finding these are much harder than when played as Corvo; Daud’s Dark Vision (or whatever the ability is called to allow you to see through walls and what-not) doesn’t show you all the runes in the entire map like it did with Corvo which means that it’s more than likely that I’m going to miss a few of them (Like I have before). Not really sure why they change the vision skill since it was pretty good in the main game. The only reason that I can think of is that they wanted you to spend more time in the DLC to make them feel much longer than they are since there is only two or three missions within each of them. They might have also done it so that Corvo and Daud feel like different characters in general; I think they mentioned that there are only 8 people in the whole world who carry the Outsider’s mark so it would be boring if they all did the exact same/played the exact way. That is the more likely reason but I do have to speculate so that I can spread Catty rumors around (that was a joke; chill out Reddit).
