How to use the Windows 10 Assessment Tool to measure system performance and receive the Windows Experience Index score. This was a popularized feature of Windows 7 that seems to have faded away. Surprisingly to some (including myself) this tool still exists!

Open Powershell and Run the Following Commands:
winsat formal
Get-CimInstance Win32_WinSat
