This mod allows to slow down time the way Neo or Mr. Smith do in The Matrix, freezing physical movement while keeping the character (player) movement as fast as it is normally, allowing to dodge bullets and placing shots right next to the target's head. You can use this to set up awesome chain reactions, explosions, outsmart the enemy immensely by walking behind them and kicking them (wait, did I speed up kicking?) and much more. Enjoy!
