I ordered the original piece and not the refurbished piece. Still, I guess they delivered the refurbished one or they opened the box at the delivery facility, checked it, and kept everything back inside like amateurs taking things and putting them back....One day before I ordered the mouse My Amazon Prime Membership Ended...so the free delivery wasn't one-day delivery so for almost one & a half days it was forcefully kept at the facility to teach people a lesson that they should buy the subscription actually the whole things feels like that. It reached their facility at 2 a.m. a day before it was delivered and for one whole day they kept it there so that anyone could check it, experience it remove anything they wanted, put it back, and deliver almost 48 hours later for no reason at all.
Honestly a very horrible unboxing experience of a very premium product. I tested the product to check at least the mouse sensor and buttons are working fine or even that is affected by anyone if by any chance they just refuse to replace the product and it was okay by initial testing but will still test more till the replacement is provided.
