Strategy and tips:
There's much debate about whether you actually need to skip cut scenes or whether it makes any difference - for me I found it impossible to beat the time unless I skipped them. Tracking the bear on time is easy if you know where you are going (and if you watch this video, you will!) and to hit it at least 6 times makes sure you have a weapon with the best ammo capacity selected, as it will run off quickly.
