This video shows how to collect the 4 plants unique to New Austin as Arthur Morgan before the Epilogue. This uses the Wagon Method discovered by @Unlockable Eden Gaming to shield you from the invisible sniper bullets in the restricted area of the map. The guide covers all the necessary steps and how to execute this properly - you must for example get the camera angel precise and configure your settings correctly otherwise it won't work. The guide also shows what I believe to be a new glitch that may help you if you make a mistake - although it's not pretty to watch! The other videos linked below show you how to get all the other plants required for Herbalist Challenge 9 (which fortunately, are all much easier to get than these four).

Note if you are following my 100% completion guide, you can skip this step if you want to, and it will show you how to pick these plants normally when New Austin is accessible in the Epilogue. This guide is specifically for players who want to complete all the Challenges and unlocked the Legend of the East outfit early.
