Overall Strategy:
Cutscene only encounter. Go to the marker to encounter Jimmy Saint for the second time. If you followed the guide and save and reloaded your game since Part I he should be there. If not try reloading your autosave immediately after “A Man Is Born Unto Trouble”. You will want to save and reloaded your game before “A Tempest Looms” so Part III is available as you pass near to its location.
