Apply filters in this order from top layer to bottom layer (add bottom first, then middle, then top, if that makes sense):
Brightness/Contrast
Color
Details

Details will make changes before the other two, as in the base filter. Color will be applied to the detail layer, then Brightness/Contrast will be applied to the product of both.

The settings/sliders for each filter are as follows (tweak to your liking)...

Details (first filter applied):
Sharpen 0%
Clarity 0%
HDR Toning 25%
Bloom 15%

Color (second filter you'll add):
Tint color - [any number is fine, because it's disabled by the next setting]
Tint Intensity 0%
Temperature 0
Vibrance 30

Brightness/Contrast (last filter that you add, should be at top of filter list):
Exposure 0%
Contrast 31%
Highlights 75%
Shadows -10%
Gamma 0%

You may need to tweak these settings depending on your monitor/TV's calibration. I recommend searching for calibration images to ensure your display is calibrated, or at least close to being calibrated. I'm personally using a 57" Samsung 4K TV as my display.

It was high time I finally replaced my old custom Dell XPS 8500 (2012 model). It served me well these past 10 years, but my new rig is great, and I'm excited to try it on my games. So far, it's running everything in 4K in either pure ultra, or a mix of high and ultra at 60 fps or more. It can run RDR2 at maxed settings at 30 fps, but I'd rather have the higher frame rate than the trivial visual upgrades you get going from high to ultra in this game.
